Okay, what you really want to know, how was the food!!!
I die... I had the parpadelle with the creamy pesto and chicken breast. The pasta melted on the tongue with wonderful basil, parmesan notes and finished with almost a buttery taste. I lingered on every bite, and enjoyed every morsel, my only regret, is that I left sauce on the plate.
Bravo - best pesto sauce and homemade pasta, I have had outside of Italy!!!!!
